The machine is easy to use, reliable and safe, is one of the necessary equipment for laboratory preparation. Grinding wheel spindle mounted in the rocker arm bearing seat, by v-belt pulley drive for power for grinding wheel cutting feed movement, cutting feed speed, is decided by the speed of manual rocker arm swinging. The top of the table is a quick clamping mechanism, the press bar can be moved up and down, clamping, easy to use and flexible, pressure bar air coolant, the bottom of the clamp for the work of the jaws, a "V" Tight sample.
The work-table is equipped with a transparent plexiglass shield for the observation of the use of protection, In and out of the coolant gallery and coolant switch, the flow rate of the coolant can be adjusted or closed according to the cutting needs. The cooling water tank is used for storage of coolant, and the cooling liquid can be used for recycling. For rock, ceramic and other sample material cutting, must be cut with diamond grinding wheel. (Diamond wheel need special order.)
